Thank you for using Mobile Talkie! This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application "Mobile Talkie" (further as "Application") for mobile devices.

BY INSTALLING AND USING THE APPLICATION, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT THE POLICY WITHOUT QUALIFICATION.

You are responsible for any activity that you perform when using the application. You should not use the application for illegal purposes. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the application and remove it from the device on which it was installed.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Application does not collect your personally identifiable information directly, except as provided in this policy. To provide its services, the Application integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. For more information, please see the Google Play Services Privacy Policy.

Advertising and Mediation

We use advertising to keep the Application free. We use Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.) as our primary advertising providers. These services and their mediation partners may collect certain information automatically, including:

• Type of mobile device and its IP address.
• Mobile operating system and advertising ID (AAID).
• Information about how you interact with advertisements.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Google Firebase services to improve the Application's performance and user experience:

In-App Purchases

Permissions

The following permissions are required for the proper operation of the Application:

Communication (Bluetooth and Wi-Fi)

• Bluetooth Permissions (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN, BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_ADVERTISE): Required to discover, pair, and connect to other devices for voice transmission.
• Wi-Fi Permissions (NEARBY_WIFI_DEVICES, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_STATE): Required for Wi-Fi Direct communication between devices.
• Location Permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Required by the Android system to perform Bluetooth and Wi-Fi scanning. We do not track your physical location.

Audio and Media

• RECORD_AUDIO: Required to capture your voice through the microphone for transmission to the paired device and for real-time visualization. Audio data is transmitted directly to the connected device and is not stored on our servers.
• MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: Allows the Application to adjust volume and audio routing (e.g., to speaker or headset).

Device Features

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required for advertising, analytics, and checking for app updates.
• VIBRATE: Used for incoming call notifications and haptic feedback.
• WAKE_LOCK: Prevents the processor from sleeping during active communication.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
